Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms govern your use of the ClubTime app. Installing and using the app means you accept them.

1. What the app does

ClubTime is a tool for tracking table time, bar sales, stock and daily reports for billiard, PlayStation and similar clubs. It is intended for the club owner and their staff.

2. Account

Sign-in is via Telegram, Google or Apple; no password is stored. You are responsible for the security of your account and its data. You can delete your account at any time on the account deletion page.

3. Subscription, length and price

The app offers a trial period and paid plans. Each plan's name, its LENGTH and its PRICE are shown on the subscription screen before payment.
Plans come in two forms: a recurring subscription (renews at the end of its term) and a one-time purchase (no expiry).
Price may vary by country and App Store pricing tier — the final amount is always shown before you confirm payment.

4. Payment and auto-renewal (App Store)

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device at any time after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are governed by Apple's policies.

5. Scope of licence

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own or your club's activity. Copying, reverse engineering, reselling or unlawful use is prohibited.

6. Your data

What is collected and how it is protected is described in the Privacy Policy. Your club's operational data (tables, sessions, sales) belongs to you; we process it solely to provide the service.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or data loss. Data is backed up through synchronisation with the server.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. We will announce material changes in the app.
